I don't agree with the law, but according to it, the guy should go free. If I could change the law, I don't think that someone should be allowed to shoot someone who doesn't pose him serious physical harm.


My moral compass gets thrown out of whack over this one. Part of me agrees with you but then part of me sees this as two guys, here illegally, probably responsible for numerous robberies and were likely to get away again.......but then again, killing them is extreme. I am glad I am not on that grand jury.
