Which is a surprise. I knew that if someone comes in your home you can nail them. Didn't know about neighbors...


Originally, that's how it was reported in the news. However, there seems to be a change in position. I know its TX but I think they will have trouble letting the guy go because he shot the robbers in the back.

As far as Chris goes, that was in Austin. It is a little different there.

Does it matter whether its Austin or Houston? After all, its the state penal code. Can local jurisdications override the state?
