Hi gpg, Right -I think the stymied Democratic senate and congress have postured to their core contituencies and repeated tied everything up with Iraq troop withdrawal amendments,Immigration inability to agree,AMT adjustments getting delayed with altruistic pay-go intents. Its all political BS that is inteneded to create GRID LOCK. It has completely stopped funding - and now at the disgust of tax payers is being rubberstamped for expediency's sake. The Dems have accomplished nothing and are now caving in,in an effort to avoid the inept label they've earned. The one accomplishment they've achieved is really what they wanted - a delay in funding and tax breaks - which has derailed the presidential cycle. Derailed or delayed - time will tell. Its all about power and politics - alas nothing gets done because it just should -even if for the good of the citizens. Bob
