"That "backshootin" part may do him in, even in Texas." It sort of breaks the "fear of imminent harm" part... Tonite on the news someone complained he could have at least fired in the air or at the ground to warn them. I had to laugh. What part of "he shot them in the back did that person not get". The shooter had no intention of warning the robbers which would have prevented him from meting out his form of justice.
