I have been discounting Seagate as a buyer because they have been in such poor shape lately. I just don't see them trying any takeover, especially at the prices required to do so. If you run into any other info on Seagate saying they own more than 25%, please let me know. Our CEO is expecting to make big bucks from this company. I expect him to hold out as long as possible. But I must figure a buy-out or merger will happen sometime, maybe in late '98, but it would have to be at a high price. We hit 40 today. Yeh! dave
