It's so easy for these experienced Colombian gangs that now live in Florida to kidnap. You can have all the guards and surveillance equipment you want and it still won't stop the problem. Here is one scenario out of many:

Follow the servants until you identify a nanny. Check her family and kidnap her daughter. Tell her if she wants her daughter back in one piece to deliver Sam.

It's gotta be nightmare for Tiger.
