Guiliani and his friends have Mafia ties. That is proven by the Kerik conviction. The Mafia in New York is notorious and heavily involved in city administation and politics. Any Italian candidate would have to deal with them on some level. It's just common sense. But the Kerik case proves all we need to know., Rudy is at least semi-connected.
