Well everyone,

Looks like I got out a day early. I really thought that the stock would start down today knowing the impending debenture conversion that can start on Monday. My reasoning may be wrong though. This is what I believe will take place:
$1,500,000 in convertable debentures can and will be converted into common stock at an excersise price of $1.25 a share (you do the math). These shares of common stock will be sold off in small blocks so as to keep the price close to the levels it is now. I don't believe that the stock can maintain its existing level with ANY downward pressure. Hence, I think that the stock will pull back about $2.50 a share in the coming weeks.
Don't get me wrong, the conversion of these debentures will take a debt burden from IFCI...It just puts a dilution burden on its shareholders. This is only a short term problem and IFCI will prosper in the future. That is why I still have shares in the company.

Michael
