His hand goes up immediately and he quickly puts it down... youtube.com I'll have a hard time voting for anyone who is so spineless, if not eager, to appease such an inane question... Afterall, since the scientific community is divided on the question, and still accumulating data, on what basis should a potential president offer an up/down vote on his views on the issue?
