I looked at this and I don't really see much. SNV possibly benefits from the cash windfall, but 500M is rather a drop in the bucket for its balance sheet. Overall, SNV does not look more attractive than other financials, but then I don't know how to value financials well. TSS currently is expensive IMO and it will become even more expensive due to the dividend payout. So unless it drops a lot because of distribution, I don't a bargain.
