Relooked at DFS again. It has certainly become cheap. The problem is so are other financial stocks that may have more or less issues compared to DFS. DFS does not have subprime mortgage problems, but it may have bad credit card debt. The whole UK mess does not inspire to trust management too much. Purchases at current prices should work out fine, but I am not sure I will buy.
