When we say our market is SOLD Out, we know of what we speak. What follows is some gross data to chew on.
This data presents a snapshot of the period between Sept 9th and Dec 12 2007 for MM1 and MM2.

With respect to MM1; On Sept 9th 2007 this matrix of 11 companies Average Daily Trade or volume was 4, 040, 246. At this past weeks adjustment point Dec 10 2007 this complexes ADT had fallen to 2,917,355.

With respect to MM2 On Sept 9th 2007 this matrix of 10 companies Average Daily Trade or volume was 2,920,235. At this past weeks adjustment point Dec 10 2007 this complexes ADT had fallen to 1,981,895. *

What is most curious about the data is that the block trade activity across both portfolios is higher against a descending count of accumulated volume.

*MM2 contains 11 companies but one change was made in Nov, so the accounting includes only 10 companies which were counted during the entire period.

The gross open Short interest applied against these portfolio models went up during the period.

The average trade size is in decline, meaning those spending inventory to create an illusion of participation by investors is negated to a large extent by the equal and continuous understanding of Obfuscation as a facility of the trade, mapped over the trade as an equal metric of identification along with Accumulation and distribution, the standard metrics of supply data flow..
