As an Inter-Tel customer, I can tell you that this company creates an awesome product. That in itself will not make a stock go up the way this baby has. Their products and technology do two things better than EVERYBODY else.

1) They connect to PCs using computer telephony and were rated by Computer Telephony Magazine as Editor's choice. Since there are a billion phone managers, this is prestigious.

2) The biggest reason for their success is that their systems can connect to the Internet and work "just like any other phone". If XYZ has two offices in New York and LA, those offices can talk via a dedicated phone line for virtually nothing. You can build your own local telephone company with these products. It is truly revolutionary.

A third, probably untrue rumor, is that Bill Gates has purchased this phone system for his mansion in Redmond.

I am not an analyst. I bought this stock at $12 last April and I got out 4 weeks later when it hit $16. I feel pretty stupid watching it go up and up and up. I can't believe earnings can keep up with the stock price to put the PE in order anytime in the near future...but what do I know. MSFT may gobble them up and go head to head against AT&T.

To all of you with INTL stock, don't spend it all in one place.
