According to Quicken, I'm over budget for the year on Groceries already for the year by 20% as of right now. We did not eat any better.

Fuel is 12% over budget but I drive 60 miles / day less (closer job).

For next year, do I increase my budget (which I usually set to the amount I spend the year prior) or eat less?

We are so screwed.
