Vasco, this stock hasn't traded for $1.00 since June (check the chart) and currently at 1.375 as of today's close on low volume. If you read the SEC filing you will see why there is a reasonable expectation the price of this stock is likely to rise, with potential for significant volitility up and down along the way. The date for the Board meeting where the merger is to be approved is 10/31/97. Until then the stock will suffer from uncertainty and who knows what else. Is this a good entry point or opportunity to buy more is open to conjecture. The current price precludes much institutional investor interest but post merger the stock price will certainly be at a level where this is possible if not probable.
