Look at the date on this stream = 2002. That's before nearly all the ARMs were agreed in the boom of 2003, 2004, 2005. Heck, there were warnings right here for anyone who wanted to understand that they weren't obliged to agree to borrow a huge amount of money at low interest rates which would obviously go up again when the Biotelecosmictechdot.com bust was resolved.

That date, 2002, was set long after the stupid borrowing was done and in response to the whining way back then about Uncle Al KBE.

It's always somebody else's fault.
