My positive hope is that once this administration is gone, the pending threat to our freedoms will be reversed as well.

Of all the candidates running, both d and r, which do you believe would willingly restore to the people the power that Bush has seized for the executive branch?

It is not in the nature of government to willingly relinquish power. This is my biggest concern when considering the next election.
