I seriously have come to think that breaking the licensing agreement was unintentional, and perhaps that is why Microsoft has not come back with harsh words trying to downplay Sun's claims. They know what they have done and I have a strong feeling they are very sorry for it too. However now they are in a hot spot. By admitting that they have broken the agreement they lose credebility and if they do not admit publicly that they have broken their agreement with Sun and let this go to court they will end up losing big time. I believe an out of court settlement maybe reached which is beneficial to Microsoft more than if they let this thing go all the way to the court. Regardless of what MSFT decides to do, the big winner will be Sun!
