"The real winner today is the Palestinian state," French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner told a news conference after the gathering of nearly 90 countries and international organizations. Meaning the real loser today (as always) is the Palestinian people. This rush to pay the PA enough money so that it can continue jihad & corruption without having to worry about running an economy or making any reforms whatsoever is nothing short of mass collective insanity on the part of the West.
