LIAR. Ruby was a Mafia soldier with no motive to kill Oswald. The Mob hated Kennedy after he "betrayed" them and went after tyhe Cal-Neva Lodge and also failed to approve a full-scale invasion of Cuba so they could get their casinos back. At the time Hoover was laying off the mob and tghe rightwing Cubans wanted Cuba back too and they all hated the Kennedys, who scared the crap out of them. Those three groups alone had the motive, skills, means and opportunity to pull off the whole caper including the coverups and murdering Oswald before he could talk. Oswald did get out one line though before he was silenced. "I'm a patsy". I believe he was telling the truth.
