Not necessarily. It's the expiration rally setup, maxpain,
whatever, the need to retire some puts. It usually works,
but sometimes it leads to expiration crashes. These are
normally low probability, but they happened in August and in
November. The setup rarely stumbled before that. -g-

Another mortgage bailout plan, by the way. They
are very desperate to get the rally going -g-
