and yet another...Purl is en fuego... HSOA Incorrect Franchise Filing Here is a recent Texas franchise tax PIR which is not correctly filed. This document omits subsidiaries. Prior years filings do include PF Stephens and the Southern Exposure outfit. This one, no subsidiaries listed, such as Fireline. Not listing subsidiaries is a no-no under Texas franchise tax rules. purlgurl.net I found an official document reference on Frank Fradella, a personal loan problem of sorts. I am working on obtaining a copy of this document out of Texas. I will work at sending this type of information to you before Dave Lawrence kicks me out of Wexler's board. Purl Gurl Choctaw Nation
