Hi Frank, You may find this lecture, "The Superclass", entertaining. It is approx 60 min long. If you do not have time to listen/watch all of it, you can listen to the first ten min to get the essence of what is being presented. Rothkopf does make a reference to the fact that the top 300 Hedge Funds account for about 80-85% of trading and the top 60 Hedge Funds control 60-65% of all trading, globally. His thesis is that the people behind the super-class, which includes the leaders of the Hedge Funds, influence the global economy and the political landscape.
