Thank you for your responce.

I would like to suggest a new web interface so we can get quotes and trade.

Right now the current interface is not very user intuitive. If you want to do a quote list for example, you cant choose which quote you want to appear where, in which order, and how you want the information displayed. Some users will want it the way it is, claiming speed of course. So how about a user preferences feature which would allow you to choose how you want the interface. If you take a look at the various broker sites on the web, many are alot more interactive then Datek's and are easier and more user friendly.

Datek's best feature is of course how it routes trades for NASDAQ. The Island ECN allows direct user to user trading, and when working right, it would optimally give users the shareprices they deserve, and a faster execution time.

In addition to the changes you outlined, lets see more work done to the web interface to trading and quotes on the user end. Also as mentioned before, checking and ATM access would be nice as well as a selection of money market funds.

On the website also there is alot of outdated information that needs to be updated such as phone numbers and information in the customer guide regarding withdrawing funds.

Take a look at Ameritrade's user interface for example. Its very clean and effective.

Thanks for listening to our comments.
