"Who is he warning?"

Hedge funds, private equity, LBO's, they are all toast and will collapse us, IMO. They will be the next financial crisis.

In 2005 the housing bubble topped. In 2005 the Dow closed down.

Apparently, at that point, the derivative players shifted out of the housing bubble and into stocks. Thus, we have a stock market that has now gone parabolic worldwide since 2005, much like the housing market went from 2003-2005.

People don't realize it, but stocks are up on derivatives....like 15x margin....like the housing bubble was.

It will crash like housing, IMO.

It's a financial house of cards.

Like warren buffet says, 'derivatives are financial weapons of mass destruction.'

Greenspan endorsed derivative use.

Who would you place your bets on....Greenspan or Buffet?

Greenspan hyped a strong dollar policy.

Buffet is short the dollar.

Greenspan cut the fed funds rate to 1%, destroying savings in the U.S., and fueling massive record debt and a housing bubble to bail out his busted dotcom bubble.

Enough said.
