I don't disagree with your point with respect to management. I guess where I question is the term "gems." They actually seem more like "piling on," "looking for lint," etc. LOL. IF, and I say "IF," the company is able to grab $$$ from FIGA and escape bankruptcy, get filings in order, then these "gems" really would be pretty much dust in the nether online world. The company certainly has plenty to "bash," (can I use that term here?), but a paid tax lien, a "dead" litigation and a filing error aren't "gems" in my opinion. Have a good one.
