Their opportunity is to vote for Ron Paul. But they won't take it. Millennials like Big Government and being bossed around too. The answer is tradable citizenships. Then the old geezers could spend away to their heart's content - up to the limit of the value of their citizenship. Then they could go starve somewhere and hope a millennial will throw them a crust. With tradable citizenships, the value of the USA would double in not many years because sensible decisions would then be made. People making dopey decisions which cut the value of a citizenship would find themselves looking for a new job. Mqurice
