how is the commercial real estate market there Based off several transactions I've seen in the last few months, commercial rents are still modestly going up. And new buildings appear to get leased quickly in my area. Anecdotal again, but I think it's probably true for the valley at large. It is interesting to watch. At the moment there isn't a care in the world around here, as far as I can see. Everyone is healthy and talking about their stock options and vacations to Europe. I'll let you all know if folks start sneezing.
