I think it has been said before, size may not be the all important metric. Effectiveness and efficiency are what we are after. More bang for the buck is the preferred model. Let that be the last word(s)on this(lol).

I can see a lot of truth (or examples) in what you are saying here, but I can also see a lot of examples where government initiatives are, or would be, helpful.

I can see where these examples exist, but I can also see examples where leaving the production of goods and services totally unregulated leads to corruption, inefficiency, and enslavement.

You can probably make up a good list and chances are if I were as fanatical I could make up a list to match, if not exceed, your list.
