Rick: I understand your frustration with Phillipe. Now he is gone. A new slate. I can understand that you are good developer but obviously you are not a good marketing/sales guy. This forum is not the place to sell your ideas. ( You cannot solicit in this forum) Companies will not do their business that way. My suggestion to you is to package your creation in a nice way and market it to VRTY as a win/win proposition. You may not realize immediate revenue. But if your creation brings in more revenue then you will get your royalty. Now my friend Don is leaving. This will leave a big hole in the company's management team . Board need to be aware of the fact that the company do not have a well known CEO and their CFO is leaving. IMO you can run a company without a CEO but not without a CFO. Therefore they should quickly find a replacement for Don. If not, then my suspecion is that the company is striking some deal with other acquirer and it might happen soon. Regards Kumar.
