"Ecuador has already imposed a similar tax on foreign oil companies, who complain the move has made their operations inviable in South America's No. 5 oil producer" OH REALLY? Inviable? I see they are packing their bags and leaving in droves LOL who "complained"? Did he also say that only one other country on the planet has a windfall tax on gold mining? More trash. Good news always follows Alsonso Sotos "stories"
