I think he is not at arms length. Anyway I'm not too worried about this windfall tax thing because it is evident that in the oil sector this is raising eyebrows and will soon be settled before long. Yes it is obvious that other companies (I don't follow oil) are indeed upset. I'm in ARU at $1.00 and will keep my shares.
