Actually, it's the cost of the 9 billion debt Bush has run up amortized over the amount of time it will take to pay it off.

$9T debt financed at 5.3 percent results in an unfunded liability of 36.5 trillion dollars over 75 years that exceeds the figures for each of SS and Medicare. I know you neocons think deficits don't matter and money is just something the government prints, but it's not so.

SS has nothing to do with it. It's unchanged under Bush.
