I know it's not recommended by most geeksters but I refuse to use Windows auto update. Way too many problems in the past with their stupid update system. They bug up their updates almost as bad as some of their software.

I rarely use any of their suggested updates. The old if it ain't broke don't break it approach. Some of the security updates are worth a look but most aren't worth bothering with, IMO.
