I doubt my opinion counts for much, but just in case, I'll note that I do not work at NetSuite, am not affiliated with it in any way, and have no investment of any kind in it. It goes without saying that I have no inside information of any kind. Ditto anyone in my family.
The company is being IPO'ed by a dutch auction process, the details of which can be found in the filing at sec.gov. The IPO price was expected to price between $13-16, but as of this writing the range has been moved upward to $16-19.
I will not be bidding on the IPO via the auction process. If I buy any shares, it will be after active trading starts. I'm not exactly sure when that is; if anyone knows, it would be helpful to me, as I'll have to drag myself out of bed early that day!
