The estate tax is repealed in 2010, but ONLY for 2010, it comes back in full force in 2011. It's a great deal if you happen to die during that year; if you live to see January 1, 2011, not such a good deal. Keep an eye on the kids, pat them down and make them pass through a metal detector before sitting down to christmas dinner in that year.
