Arris had realigned their data transmission products.

Basically, the fiber optical network will cost Verizon and AT&T $80 billion to roll out. This revenue may be fought for by HFC repeater installation to homes, instead of fiber to the door. Hopefully, Arris can convert the old copper networks for their new revenue stream soon after the merger around the world.

CableTV revenue also has new revenue from video servers and VOD service, not only from movies and satelliteTv sources around the world, but from broadband webpage resolution syncronization to different monitor size and resolution. This technology will need marketing and development on 'on demand' rsolution change(zoom to the maximum resolution of monitors or large screen TVs).

I see greater growth potential plus synergy of efficiency from the recent merger. New products and new service revenue streams that can be realized now.
