Volume alert is a very good sign. Usually this indicates that a large move is going to be made but it does not tell us the direction of that move.

Take out the cash on hand and this stock is dirt cheap, so my assumption would be that we are in the process of finding a bottom. Where that will eventually be is anyones guess. While I'm long, and therefore bullish, one should be very aware that much more downside could still be on its way.
