Burt and Jim - If you haven't looked at the Norris web page lately, take a look. A new NCI logo is very prominent, and I feel the Norris Communications name will be phased out very quickly. This is probably all part of the new marketing campaign. NCI will be more easily recognizable and better for international advertising. I'm impressed. Also, before I could view the web page, I got a message saying I needed a "plug-in" to view it. I was automaticly connected to the site to download the plug-in, and also given installation instructions. No sweat! (I don't know if this is because of my hard drive crash or if this is something new everyone will have to do.) Can't wait to see the launch of VoiceLink. Betty
