Mauro: You seem to have the same mindset I have.

I've been trying to figure out what I'll do on thursday following the earnings. I own stock in Sandisk, but also have quite a large holding in call options, so I must be nimble and ready to trade.

Right now, I'm thinking that a report of .17-.20 will result in an instant sell-off for profit taking. .21-.22 will result in a rocky couple of days followed by an uptread the next week. Anything above .23 should send the stock up right away. (Golly, I've really gone out on a limb this time)

If we see .25 or better, we'll hit 50 in no time at all.

But anything can happen. They might say something to cause the market to become cautious. I guess I'm getting a bit nervous, but I calm down when I stop to look at the big picture. Even if the report comes in at .17-.20, I'm well set for the future. Q4 will be great!

I was playing with Hitachi's new MP-EG1A digital MPEG camera with the 260Mb FlashCard (royalties to SNDK!). Man, what a cool toy! 3000 images, 20 minutes of video. Those flashcards are high margin items. Wish we knew the details of these royalty agreements. I guess it all shows up on the bottom line.

Q3 will show new royalties for Hitachi, Toshiba and Samsung. Just think about it.

Well we finished with a bang! Have a good weekend everyone.
