Yeah, Charlie did a lot of cool things before his company was acquired by Cisco. It looks like he looked at the time situation and decided to leave. He made a ton of $$ the last 20 or so years. Cisco needs to find someone who is in their mid 40's to succeed Chambers. JMHO
