I know he's not doing a prefease, but the company is, and it won't look anything like this report. Hopefully, they'll be able to prove up a lot more resources and it will look much better (though they'd probably need a bigger mill and more capex in that case). His using a 3% discount rate for 14 years to make his numbers match takes away from his credibility. The stock should do very well if the exploration is fruitful -- my comments were on that report, not the company. With the mill, infrastructure, and exploration potential for such a low market cap, it has a lot of upside potential, but that report definitely should be taken with a grain of salt.
