The doggie quotes were all such fun to read.

Thank you for the congrats. Not reached our sixty years yet, have known each other that long, three years to go. Yes it has been mostly fun times but the also less than fun times popped in along the way too. I don't believe there is any such thing as a perfect marriage. Just don't believe it. Might be a good one, but surely takes a lot of cooperation between partners to accomplish it.

We rarely want to travel on holidays these days as the highways are so horrific and the airports too. Just don't like being in crowded places any longer. My husband travels so much during the year, he prefers the comforts of being home on holidays.

Our whole family will spend Christmas together at our youngest son and wife's home this year. We remain so thankful all of our children live close to us and have been so helpful to us since I had a health failure. Taking a longer time than I thought and still fighting some fatigue. Doctor tells me it is expected with four surgeries in two years and give it more time than I have. I think it has been way too long and probably the only thing I have no patience about.

Just started a book by Roger Caras' called Treasury of Great Cat Stories. I love cats. Have raised many dogs but cats are so much easier for me and our yard is no longer suitable for dogs.
