OT The Bush admin's EPA denied the CA fuel efficency plan that had the backing of 17 other big states. MAN are people pissed! There is smoke coming out of the TV. The legal pundits say The EPA is in very shaky grounds and will be overturned. I don't know what Bush thought he would gain with this. man are republicans going to have a rought road in 08.
