The only thing that makes sense is the Democrats have a time machine. When Pelosi found about about Del Monte buying Starkist, she went back in time to change those votes.

Hey, that explains why the Republicans get caught with their hand in the cookie jar so much more than Democrats. The Republicans don't have a time machine, so they can't cover their tracks. This is an unfair advantage. And possibly anti-American...
