Ok, I've accumulated some positions for the upcoming January Effect:

FCSE (needs financing, but should pop into CES)

NGEN (thanks to Midland for bringing this to my attention. Their product that competes with

IMA gives this company good upside at these prices)

LXRX (Cash rich with interesting science (according to some of the biofreaks on SI)

ZNCM.OB (Their holdings in the profitable UPG make this a value. There is speculation about a distribution of UPG stock to ZNCM holders)

EFJI (A potential for partnership news or regulatory progress in public safety communications could send this flying)

DAGM (trading well below cash)

MMG (A world class zinc mine. Check out Basserdan's DD on IHUB)

KOG (Natural Gas will recover. Fidelity took a 10% stake not long ago)

HIHO (The next earnings report should be a good one)

PLX (Their Phase III Gaucher's Disease drug is due next year. Israeli company with strong link to TEVA and breakthrough technology (if it works)

NAHC (Insurance company trading at a fraction of tangible values. seekingalpha.com )

IMOS (Recently lowered guidance for next Q. Is the bad news all out on this one?)

AEZS

ACHN
