Forgotten points from the bear:

1. The IPO cannot be shorted for a few months. Once it's settled in, bears can start shorting it.

2. There's usually a lockup period for employees and other insiders to wait before they can sell - there could be a wave of selling once that expires. It's typically 6 months but I don't know what it is for N.

3. A relatively small number of shares were offered (around 10% if memory serves). The company might surprise investors with a second public offering at some point in the future, which would be negative for the share price.
