OK... CA obviously wants these standards As I said, I wish you'd get them, and the consequences.. You've already got enough nutty laws, rules and regulations to make an old Soviet commissar envious. :) You were griping about CA when you moved to Nevada. Not quite. I laugh at California. Goofyness run wild, every which way. But I feel sorry for the minority of normal, reasonable residents who have to live with it, the ones who haven't yet moved, that is...
