Darrell,

Thanks for the informative post. I've got a question about how design wins translate into revenues. Do you know what kind of contracts RSYS sets up around production subsequent to its design wins? I'm wondering if they have a certain number of embedded items at a certain price, a fixed price for a certain amount of time, or what? It would seem that if they have fixed price--at least for a period of time, their improved efficiency and cost-reduction should make the contract increasingly more profitable as time goes along. If they have a price that varies according to volume, this margin benefit on sales may be less but still significant.

Does anyone have a handle on what their contracts look like? My sense is that design wins are somewhat akin to backlog. They create a base for future business. I gather the report on design wins has been very positive. The one negative has been fairly significant insider selling. Not necessarily a bad sign, but certainly cause for question compared with insider buying.

Good luck to all,
Baird
