What a disappoinment. I really thought AVID would gain a few points today, especially from Prudential Securities news that came out just before the close yesterday. On the other hand, looks like the sell-off has stabilized and we only lost 1/16 today.

I am fully loaded on Oct 30 Calls and hope that next week we will gain 4-5 points. It has major support at this level and it could only go up from here. I also noticed heavy volume (about 2,000) on Calls, especially Octs, and only 10-20 altogether for Puts. I think many people out there think AVID will go up next week as well.

Anyone else holding Avid's Oct Calls? Anyone else has a prediction for next week?
